The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The parking lot is impossibly small. The walls are wafer thin, allowing the sounds from the elevator and dining area to invade my room. There was road noise that kept me up at night. I wouldn’t have paid $100 to stay here. To top it off, the mini fridge didn't get cold enough for my drinks, and the TV streaming didn’t work properly.

The room felt newly decorated and spacious. Comfy beds made sleep easy. That bathroom mirror had fantastic lighting for getting ready. The toiletries included quality brands, though I missed having body lotion. Breakfast offered solid options, with a good variety of healthy choices. Staff made me feel welcome from the start with their friendly demeanor. However, some things did put a damper on my stay. The parking was cramped, barely accommodating my car. The elevator doors showed wear and tear, and the carpets could use a refresh too. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few updates would really enhance the experience.

My stay was enjoyable! Housekeeping was on point and very friendly, making it feel like home. Breakfast had portioned omelets loaded with cheese and fresh-squeezed orange juice, way above average! Plus, the location is super convenient to downtown Birmingham.
